Try so many things in your life that you are filled with wonder everyday. To start off, try screaming in a closed car, scream and sing as loudly as you can. It’s exhilarating. It’s relieving. Scream so loud that you feel your voice will be heard in another part of the world. Try this. Cry. Cry as much as you want to. Let it all out. Let out the frustration, the sadness, the despair, the anger, the irritation, just cry and get it all out of your system. Finish it off. Try this. Dance like no one is watching you in your room, with your child or just alone. Don’t bother about if you know the steps. Just dance for the sake of dancing. Try this. Love. Love so deeply that every cell of your body vibrates and echoes with that love. Try this. Breathe. Breathe deeply every few hours in a day and then let it all out. Breathe so well that every part of your body receives the oxygen required and you feel charged up. Try this. Read. Read a book that catches your fancy. Keep reading till you’re bored.and then let it go. Try this. Walk. Keep walking till the end of time. When you’re tired stop. Listen to your body and stop. Try this. Stare into space. Stare into the vastness of the sky. Stare into the vastness of the ocean. Keep staring. Try this. Stay quiet. Stay in silence. Don’t talk for the sake of talking. Stay silent. Try this. Stand on your toes and stretch your hands up trying to touch the sky. Try this. Hug yourself to sleep so tight that you don’t need anyone and anything to complete you.
Try this. Try this. Try this. Keep trying different things. Try a different thing everyday and see how it makes you feel. Don’t judge yourself for not trying hard enough. Just try for the sake of trying.
